On-Line Booking System for Lawns A & B
A New On-Line Booking System has now been developed for you to book lawns at the Club.

New Booking System
- Members gain Secure Access to the system using their email address and a password
- When you first try and login to the system type in your email address and click on the 'Forgot my Password' button - an email will be sent to you to set a password.
- Booking Slots will now be: 9:00 – 11:00, 11:00 – 1:00pm, 1:00 – 3:00, and 3:00 – 5:00pm
- You can book lawns for Golf Croquet (GC) or Association Croquet (AC)
- Bookings will not be permitted on Mix-In Days (Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays 10:00 – 3:00). But you can register your attendance at one of the Mix-In Sessions
- Bookings will not be permitted on Club Match Practice Coaching Sessions when arranged
- Members Only allowed to make 3 two hour bookings each week, Monday to Sunday
- Bookings cannot be made more than 5 days before play
- You can book both Lawns A & B for the same time, but this equates to 2 bookings
- You can delete your own bookings if you are unable to play (up to 3 days before play)
- When you make a booking you will receive a confirmation email (you can opt not to receive this)
- A Weather forecast for Cardiff has also been included on the booking screen (Open Source App)

- Please try out the application and only use the CCC Whatsapp group for Social Messaging.
- When you log into the system you will see a 'Help' facility at the top of the screen to aid you in creating and deleting bookings
