- Nominations may also be accepted at the AGM if permitted by the club rules
Notes: Cardiff CC being a very small club
- It is entirely normal for members to hold more than one role if agreed
- Uncontested elections are common and perfectly acceptable
- The key governance point is that members are formally asked to elect the Committee each year, even if the same people continue
- Co-Opted Roles are generally created when certain members of the club are seen to have specific skills which would be of benefit to the club.
